‘Supernatural’ season 12’s episode 16, titled “Ladies Drink Free,” will follow Sam and Dean as they race against time to stop Claire from turning into a werewolf after being bitten. Mick Davies of the British Men of Letters also manages to join the Winchesters on the field.
The synopsis for “Ladies Drink Free” posted on TV Guide reads, “Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) search for a werewolf, and let Mick Davies (Adam Fergus) tag along on the case. They soon run into Claire Novak (Kathryn Newton), but their reunion is short lived after Claire is bitten and the brothers race to find a way to help her before she turns.”
In the upcoming episode, Sam and Dean reluctantly allow British Men of Letters member Mick Davies in their hunt for a werewolf. The men then cross paths with hunter Claire Novak, who is coincidentally also working on the investigation.
The promo opens to Mick asking the Winchester brothers about their new target. “Think you don’t mind if I tag along?” Mick asks. The two brothers are then left stunned and flailing for an answer.
In another scene, Mick is seen struggling to fight off an enemy. In the next scene, he is also seen dragged to the ground unarmed when an attacker bursts through the door and tackles him.
Sam and Dean are clearly unimpressed by his lack of experience on the field. Claire then comments, “Your foreign exchange student is totally lame.”
According to International Business Times, their reunion takes a turn for the worst when Claire is bitten by a werewolf and is put at risk of being turned. Sam and Dean will have to figure out a way to stop Claire from succumbing to her grim fate.
‘Supernatural’ season 12’s episode 16, titled “Ladies Drink Free,” is scheduled to air on the CW on March 30, 2017. It was directed by Amyn Kaderali and written by Meredith Glynn. It will be followed by episode 17, titled "The British Invasion," scheduled to be released on April 6 and directed by John Showalter.
