Song Joong Ki is, undeniably, one of the most sought-after Asian stars today. The 32-year-old South Korean actor garnered a significant number of followings after he starred in the 2016 hit series titled “Descendants of the Sun” alongside Song Hye Kyo. Joong Ki is not only a good actor as he is also known to be thoughtful by most of his friends.
As a matter of fact, “Descendants of the Sun” stars Kim Byung Chul and Park Hoon, previously, revealed the true character of Song Joong Ki. The “Sky Castle” star divulged that the husband of Song Hye Kyo made his heart flutter when he did something thoughtful while they were still filming for the successful television series. "We were both soldiers together," Byung Chul shared. "I was acting as his superior, and during the break, Song Joong Ki slightly fixed my beret. I felt my heart flutter slightly at that," he added.
Park Hoon, on the other hand, shared how it is to be working with one of South Korea’s most promising stars. He revealed, during a guesting on tvN’s “Life Bar,” that Song Hye Kyo’s better half was very friendly with his co-stars. The 37-year-old actor even shared that he wanted to get an autograph from Song Joong Ki at the time.
"Song Joong Ki also came over to my home in Jeongseon (where filming for 'Descendants of the Sun' took place) to pay his respects to my mother," Hoon revealed when asked about Song Joong Ki. "Because he wanted to be considerate of my parents, he simply introduced himself as an actor who works with me. He is such a great guy," the former co-star of Song Hye Kyo added.
Beside Kim Byung Chul and Park Hoom, 2PM member Junho also shared how thoughtful Song Joong Ki can be. In an Instagram post, the singer-actor revealed that Song Hye Kyo’s husband sent him a coffee cart while filming for the JTBC series titled “Confession.” "I am cheering on actor Lee Junho and the 'Confession' team. Please enjoy the treats. From Song Joong Ki,” the coffee cart’s banner read.
To show how grateful he is with Song Joong Ki’s kind gesture, Junho shared a photo of him while holding a beverage from the gift coffee cart. "Joong Ki hyung, thank you so much. I'm blessed these days. I'll enjoy the treats,” he wrote in the caption. Junho is, currently, portraying the role of Choi Do Hyun, a strong-willed attorney, in the “Confession” series.
Meanwhile, the husband of Song Hye Kyo is, currently, filming for the imminent “Asadal” series. Just last month, the actor was even spotted filming a wedding scene and was seen in Brunei airport. To get the latest news and updates about Song Joong Ki, stay tuned to EconoTimes.
