(TeleTracking), the leading provider of patient flow solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its team of patient flow experts―Neil Griffiths, Managing Director, UK and Bill Griffith, Vice President, Process Improvement.

Neil is a seasoned healthcare executive, bringing more than 20 years of public and private sector experience to TeleTracking’s UK operations. In his role as Managing Director, he will lead the UK business and will sit on TeleTracking’s senior leadership team. With his deep understanding of the National Health Service [NHS] in England, Neil will ensure that TeleTracking’s solutions are deployed in the most effective way to support long term sustainable impact within the NHS.
Prior to joining TeleTracking, Neil was the Deputy CEO and a board member at University College London Hospitals [UCLH] Foundation Trust, one of the world’s leading academic medical research and acute hospital providers in the UK. In that capacity, he was responsible for the development of uclh future, the Trust’s ambitious transformation strategy that combines the creation of new operating processes and use of technology with the development of leadership and change management capabilities. His experience also includes work as the entrepreneurial leader and a board member for the McKinsey Hospital Institute in the UK. Neil holds an MBA from the University of Westminster and a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol.
Bill Griffith has joined TeleTracking as the Vice President of Process Improvement where he will be focused on creating a robust platform that offers advanced forecasting and regression modelling for TeleTracking clients. Bill started his career in Manufacturing, working for Pella Windows, Tyson Foods, and Rain Bird irrigation where he was trained in Lean and Six Sigma, earning Certified Black Belt status. He took the skills he honed in manufacturing and started working to transform healthcare at Ascension in Tucson, AZ. Bill most recently led the operational transformation at both Health First in Melbourne, FL and Jackson Health System in Miami, FL. Bill has applied the tools of Lean Six Sigma to eliminate millions of dollars of waste from those health systems while improving the patient experience.
