Celebrities are no strangers to expensive events, especially when it comes to occasions as momentous as weddings. However, spending $30 million on a marriage ceremony seems a bit excessive, even for famous people. This is exactly what the Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott couple is rumored to plan on spending, though.
As Gossip Cop notes in its coverage of the issue, readers should take this particular Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott development with a huge block of salt. This particular gossip apparently originated from In Touch, which printed a headline that reads “Travis & Kylie’s $30 Million Wedding!” The piece went on to claim that the two are currently busy preparing for their upcoming nuptials, the price tag of which is going to be a whopper.
This information apparently comes from an “insider” who could not be traced and whose statement could not be corroborated. In any case, this so-called source says that the Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott wedding is apparently going to last several days and will be held in a very special location.
“She wants to tie the knot on a tropical island. Turks and Caicos is at the top of the list. They’ll fly all their family and friends in by private jet, and the wedding will last for an entire weekend,” the supposed insider reportedly said.
As is the case with most of these tabloid garbage issues, however, there is a good to fair chance that this latest Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott gossip is nothing more than that; gossip. Even the Kardashian wedding that was held between Italy and France cost only about $12 million. This was according to an estimate by The Daily Mail.
In terms of realistic figures, a $30 million Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott nuptial is simply unthinkable. It isn’t as if the celebrity couple could not afford it. It is simply because they would not need to go that far to prove how rich they are.
