Jungkook is definitely an idol to beat. He is popular not just because he is part of the now world-famous South Korean boy band, BTS, but he is famous on his own right. He has millions of fans around the world and this proved that nothing could stop him from becoming one of the most followed celebrities today.
Jungkook’s V Live new record
The BTS member has been breaking records left and right and recently, it was reported that he had made a new one. According to Allkpop, the 22-year-old idol singer went past the one billion views mark on his V Live. To be exact, he recorded a whopping 1.16 billion views for his solo streamings which no other artist was able to attain.
It was added that his team, BTS, is one of the most followed groups on V Live and it often gains millions of viewers. However, it was pointed out that out of this huge number, Jungkook contributes one-third of the overall views alone.
Further, based on the info, it was said that in the top 10 of most viewed BTS’ V Live streamings, six of them are Jungkook’s solo streams. With this record, it is no wonder that Jungkook received the "VLive of the Year" award.
Jungkook setting the trend with new hair color
In any case, Jungkook recently made news for showing up at the airport with a new hair color. This new shade came just days after he cut his hair short which surprised his fans. The idol singer explained that he had to cut his hair due to damage and now it looks healthier.
While this is surely a new trend now because fans tend to follow his style, some people started to speculate that there is some reason behind Jungkook’s new hair color. They said that the youngest member of the BTS boy band might have dyed his hair in a lighter shade, at least just part of it, because it was needed for their new album.
A BTS comeback?
Many fans now believed that Jungkook’s newly-dyed hair is an indication that the group’s comeback is near as they are already working on their new album. They said that coloring his mane may be needed for the concept and fans pointed out that this is possible because even RM was spotted with blonde hair. At any rate, whether it is for a comeback or not, the sure thing is that Jungkook started a trend again, with his partly dyed hairstyle.
