‘Jane the Virgin’ season 3’s episode 3, entitled “Chapter 47”, may feature Jane and Michael finally getting intimate. Meanwhile, showrunner Jennie Synder Urman teased that it may be the end of the love triangle between Jane, Michael, and Rafael but only for now.
According to Movie News Guide, episode 3 may find Jane (Gina Rodriguez) and Michael (Brett Dier) finally consummating their marriage after he is cleared for strenuous physical activity. Michael is recuperating from a gunshot wound.
The incoming episode’s promo opened with the newlyweds at a doctor’s clinic. Jane asks, “Can we have sex?” When the doctor approves, the two immediately rush out and head home to have some time together. However, Jane and Michael are met by Rogelio (Jaime Camil) and a team of home builders out on their yard.
Jane exclaims, “Dad you’re not supposed to be here until 2.” Everyone then bursts through the door. This leaves Michael to comment that they should head to the shed instead to which Jane outright refuses. “I’m not having sex for the first time in a shed,” she says.
It seems that Jane and Michael’s plans to get intimate are somehow foiled again. It would be interesting to see if Jane would remain a virgin for the current season.
Meanwhile, Rafael’s (Justin Baldoni) new lady love is set to debut sometime soon and it seems that she would be related to Jane. According to TV Guide, the biological father to Jane’s child will be having a romantic relationship with Jane’s cousin.
When asked about the love triangle between Jane, Michael, and Rafael, series creator and showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman teased, "It is so hard to describe because I know where all these choices go, but it's not over, but it is over now. I would say people should still hold out hope because things get complicated and life gets complicated. It's there underneath. We're not at the end of our series, ideally."
In the preceding episode, Jane and Rafael struggled to co-parent Mateo especially since their separate lives have gotten a tad more complicated.
‘Jane the Virgin’ season 3’s episode 3, entitled “Chapter 47”, is scheduled to premiere on The CW on October 31, 2016.
