Another marriage rumor has yet again sprouted involving Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton. The ceremony was allegedly held on the country singer’s ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma back in March, Celebrity Insider reported.
The whole event supposedly cost less than $20,000 as the celebrity couple opted for a simple gathering rather than going all out. What’s more, the ceremony’s simplicity was presumably a testament to the kind of life Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton want moving forward.
Aside from the bride and groom’s families, there were also a few dozen guests invited to witness the event, the report claimed. Those who were in attendance were said to have enjoyed some hunting and fishing within Blake Shelton’s 2,000-acre property. But this latest rumor about the country singer and Gwen Stefani is likely another false narrative.
While there is a possibility that a secret wedding did take place, a telltale sign that this story is unfounded is the fact that the source said Miranda Lambert sent a congratulatory text after hearing the rumor. Miranda and Blake Shelton separated in a disagreeable manner since their breakup had a lot of whispers regarding infidelity. There’s also the rumor that Gwen Stefani may also have been among one of the causes for the ex-couple’s breakup.
What’s currently true regarding Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton is that they’re still going strong despite being plagued by these false narratives. From breakups, miscarriages, and secret wedding ceremonies, the couple is doing a great job of canceling all this noise and focusing on the important aspects of their lives.
However, it’s difficult to focus at the moment – especially on Gwen Stefani’s side – given that she’s involved in a custody battle with her former husband, Gavin Rossdale. The Bush vocalist recently finished his latest career obligations and wants to spend more time with his three kids. The “Rich Girl” singer denied Rossdale’s request, causing tension between the two. Meanwhile, Blake Shelton is supposedly staying away from the dispute but is acting as an anchor for Stefani as she goes through the custody proceedings.
