- China - Official manufacturing PMI came at 49.8 compared to 49.7 prior and non-manufacturing PMI came at 53.4 same as prior, both for September. Caixin manufacturing PMI came at 47.2 and services came at 50.5 in September.
- Japan - manufacturing PMI came at 51 in September compared to 50.9 in August. Vehicle sales in September down -3% for last 12 months.

High profile ISM manufacturing PMI to be released at 14:00 GMT, followed by total vehicle sales at 17:30 GMT. FOMC member Williams scheduled to speak at 18:30 GMT. EIA will release weekly natural gas inventory report at 14:30 GMT.
