Stephanie Mykonos was appointed Senior Executive Vice-President, Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary & Deputy Treasurer. Ms. Mykonos earned a Master's degree in Paralegal Studies from George Washington University and is a seasoned professional who has worked with several law firms, the federal government and founded for profit and non-profit companies. As Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. Mykonos oversees all corporate administration for the company including records, human resources, compliance, contract administration, real estate administration and quasi-operational concerns. She reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Mykonos joined Guess & Co. Corporation as Interim Executive Vice-President and Administrative Officer. Joel Bandy, was appointed Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Bandy has 19 years of experience as an information technology executive. He joined Guess & Co. Corporation as Interim Executive Vice-President and Information Technology Officer. Mr. Bandy earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and he is a Cerified Security Compliance Specialist and Certified HIPAA Professional. As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Bandy oversees all information technology concerns for the company and assists with operational strategy, he reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
