FxWirePro: Asian markets mixed, gold touches $1,660 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Wednesday. Gold was trading around $1,660 mark while silver was trading around $17.07 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 1.37 pct lower at 19,592.50 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 2.88 pct lower at 5,768.30 points.

South Korea’s kospi was trading 1.52 pct lower at 1,932.50 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.38 pct lower at 25,297.50 points.

Taiwanese stock was trading around 0.12 pct higher at 11,017.44 points.

India’s NSE was trading 0.20 pct higher at 10,470.75 points and BSE Sensex was trading 0.28 pct higher at 35,726.05 points.
