Kimmy’s (Andrea Barber) pregnancy has been regarded as the main focus of the “Fuller House” season 4. While the story did deliver that promise, the finale will surely rock the hearts of viewers with one sweet and surprising twist.

As expected, Kimmy stayed pregnant until the end of “Fuller House” season 4. All the shocking and heartfelt twists culminated in the arrival of Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and Jimmy’s (Adam Hagenbuch) baby. But, as mentioned, that is not all that will make the audience cry.

Kimmy, Stephanie, and D.J. all have to endure some obstacles before the actual delivery in “Fuller House” season 4 episode 13. For one, Kimmy’s doctor was not around because he was also busy watching “Hamilton.” And that is when guest star Leslie Grossman entered to take on the role.
So to fans wondering whether Kimmy’s was going to deliver triplets, “Fuller House” season 4 episode 13 confirmed that the show is only welcoming one baby. Avid fans will definitely have a hard time holding back their tears after seeing a very joyful Stephanie finally fulfilling her dream of being a mom.
Typically, expecting parents already have a name on their minds even before the baby arrives. But as Jimmy admitted, they actually forgot they have to give their new daughter a name. But if there is one thing he did not forget it is the biggest surprise of “Fuller House” season 4 episode 13.
Jimmy takes Stephanie to the other side of the room with their baby and said, “I’ve been wanting to do this for a really long time.” And after a few more comedic and romantic lines in the final moments of “Fuller House” season 4 episode 13, Jimmy went down to his knee, took out a ring, and asked Stephanie to get married.
