Maki Oze is going to be the focus of “Fire Force” season 2 episode 19. Company 8 receives a letter from the Imperial Army specifically asking Maki to return to their forces that also means possibly leaving the Fire Brigade for good.

The official preview of “Fire Force” season 2 episode 19 shows Maki panicking about going back to the Imperial Army after Company 8 receives a letter that contains the official order. Before that happens, the episode’s title suggests that it will also feature Maki’s return to their home where she has dinner with her family.
“Fire Force” season 2 episode 19 is titled after the Oze family since it will introduce Maki’s parents and brother. Her father, Danro Oze, is an Army general with the reputation of being a very scary man at work but has an opposite demeanor when addressing his daughter. Her brother, Takigi Oze, is a ranking officer in Tokyo’s criminal investigation division. Their mother, Madoka Oze, will be introduced as having a sweet, soft-spoken personality but should also appear fierce once her children and husband forget proper table manners.
While Maki has a good relationship with her family, she had good reasons to leave the Army against her father’s wishes. Maki believed that being in Company 8 means she will be saving people rather than hurting them as part of the Army. However, her brother’s investigation in the Nether leads to him getting severely hurt in91% “Fire Force” season 2 episode 19. Takigi and his partner will encounter a White Clad who sacrificed their life by attaching a bomb to their body so their laboratory in the Nether would not be investigated.

To Maki’s surprise, Hinawa advises her to follow her father’s request.
