Finland-based Auto-Outlet, a largest luxury and sports car seller, has announced that it has sold another Tesla Model S P90D for bitcoins to a couple in Prague.
According to Auto-Outlet, the company delivered the new Tesla for 200,000 Euros and that the company is the only seller in Europe to accept bitcoins as a payment (loosely translated). The couple from Prague decided to pay the amount completely in bitcoins.
Previously in May this year, Luxury Collection by Auto-outlet sold a Tesla with the digital currency for a retail price of over € 140,000.
After the sale, there seems to be a growing demand to buy Tesla Model S cars with Bitcoin, despite their steep pricing, The Merkle reported.
Auto-Outlet sells a wide range of products including luxury cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley, Jaguar and Rolls-Royce. It also sells selected varieties of sports cars. Apart from this the company also pioneers in electric vehicles and has sold more than 200 Tesla cars. It has received numerous awards in the automobile industry (loosely translated).
