FISHER HOUSE FOUNDATION RECEIVES 14TH CONSECUTIVE 4-STAR RATING FROM CHARITY NAVIGATOR

Rockville, MD, Oct. 31, 2017 -- Charity Navigator, the nation’s premier charity rating agency, praises Fisher House Foundation with another thumbs up after the non-profit received its 4-star rating for the 14^th straight year. 

The coveted rating places Fisher House among the top non-profits in the nation. “It is a privilege to serve military and veterans’ families, and we are proud to do so in a fiscally responsible manner,” said Ken Fisher, Chairman and CEO of Fisher House Foundation. “We work hard to ensure we are good stewards of the resources entrusted to us by a generous public.”

The Degracia-Obando family called the VA North Texas Fisher House their home away from home. The dining room inside the Fisher House located at the Salt Lake City VA Health Care System. Currently, there are 72 Fisher Houses in operation in the United States, and in Europe.

Less than one percent of the charities rated by Charity Navigator have received at least 14 consecutive 4-star evaluations.
