EOS blockchain community, EOS Go, has announced the results of a weekly block producer (BP) candidate eligibility survey, conducted recently on the busy.org website, TokenPost reported.
The survey was conducted on 177 BP candidates from across the globe who submitted their information to determine their eligibility for BP candidature.
The minimum requirements set EOS Go were classified into eight categories: public presence, Steemit ID, Technical Specifications, scaling plans, community benefits, Telegram + TestNet, BP Roadmap, and Position on Dividends.

The original call to action was launched more than three months ago and the final Block Producer Candidate Report was announced on May 30.
“We’d like to thank all block producer candidates for working to provide their best information for everyone these past few months. The EOS community is fortunate to have a high caliber pool of 177 candidates reporting information to the community, as of this final report,” the announcement reads.
The survey results showed that 146 candidates met all the minimum requirements. Of the remaining, 7 criteria were met by 3 candidates, 6 criteria were met by 15 candidates, 5 by 3 candidates, 4 by 1 candidate, 3 by 1 candidate, and 2 criteria by 1 candidate, respectively.

The 146 qualifying candidates include five from South Korea, including KEOS, EOSYS, AcroEOS, EOSeoul, and EOS NodeOne.
KEOS is an EOS community launched by KCHAIN, a leading consulting firm specializing in blockchains, running for BP candidates. According to Tokenbank, the KEOS snapshot was completed today at 10 am on the May 31st.
EOSYS is a BP candidate team led by Chung Min-soo of Chain Partners, who said, "I will do my best to root out a healthy blockchain ecosystem in Korea."
AcroEOS, a subsidiary of ICB, Korea's fintech specialist company, and is engaged in international settlement, remittance and logistics business.
EOSeoul is a BP candidate team specializing in Internet and games.
Lastly, EOS NodeOne is known as a global team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and disciplines, including startup incubators, blockchain technology experts, engineers, community influencers, and data scientists.
