The official “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 193 will arrive in a couple of days but scans of the upcoming installment have already been popping up all over the net. While fans have been worrying if Tanjiro’s head injury might affect his fighting ability, it turns out that Muzan’s fighting skill will greatly be hampered in the upcoming installment as well.
It’s all thanks to a medicine concocted by Tamayo. “Demon Slayer” chapter 193 will feature a flashback to the time when Muzan was fighting Tamayo and the latter just injected some sort of medicine into the strongest demon.
“What did you do?” Muzan asks before Tamayo completely fades away. “Wasn’t the medicine you used on me for turning me back into human?”
But even with death close at hand, Tamayo was still able to maintain her sense of humor and even managed to joke at that state. “The medicine I used on you was to turn you back into a human and also – I don’t know… to make your brain tissue completely useless, I guess?” Tamayo replied before she totally disappeared.
But Muzan eventually realized what the effect of the medicine was. “Aging!! I see she made it that my cells would keep on aging, 9,000 years of aging!” Muzan was surprised when he discovered what Tamayo had done to him.
Apparently, the medicine had two effects. The first effect was that it could really turn a demon back into a human.
However, the medicine didn’t have a hundred percent success rate as there is still a chance that it might fail. And when it does fail, the second effect would kick in and it will accelerate the subject aging process by as much as 50 years in just one minute.
Apparently, “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 193 will show that the medicine failed on Muzan. Thus, he will suffer accelerated aging while slugging it out with Tanjiro.
Muzan's accelerated aging will be advantageous to Tanjiro. One of the side effects of this faster aging is that the demon will become a lot slower than normal. But will this speed decrease be enough for Tanjiro to defeat him?
“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 193 will be officially released on February 9. Stay tuned for more updates.
