Foti, Jr., remind investors that they have until December 5, 2016 to file lead plaintiff applications in a securities class action lawsuit against Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation (Nasdaq:CTSH), if they purchased the Company’s securities between February 25, 2016 and September 30, 2016, inclusive (the “Class Period”). This action is pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
What You May Do

About the Lawsuit
Cognizant and certain of its executives are charged with failing to disclose material information during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.
On September 30, 2016, Cognizant revealed that it “is conducting an internal investigation into whether certain payments relating to facilities in India were made improperly and in possible violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other applicable laws.” Cognizant further announced the resignation of the Company's President, Gordon Coburn.
