Burger King, in an innovative step towards customer experience management, has chosen Merkle, a leading CXM company, to enhance its brand growth in the United Kingdom. Merkle's prowess will aid Burger King in optimizing strategies, digital activities, and creative executions.
Burger King awarded the contract to Merkle as it has been providing excellent service in its field of specialty. It will manage the restaurant’s UK strategy, delivery across strategy, digital activity, emails, and creatives to support and boost the brand’s growth in the United Kingdom.
Moreover, the Columbia, Maryland-headquartered firm will help Burger King to make use of its existing data and technology assets to allow it to optimize all of its activities. This will also enable the burger joint to meet customer expectations and rise above the competition through creative thinking and execution.
“Burger King is a fantastic brand that stands out from the competition with its bold and edgy personality,” Campaign Live quoted Merkle UK’s chief executive officer, Anne Stagg, as saying in a statement. “We are delighted to be partnering with them to provide strategic CRM consultancy, creative and execution to deliver increased customer engagement and ultimately grow revenue, further strengthening what we deliver with our dentsu family for Burger King.”
Burger King’s director of digital, Timothy Love, further commented, “We are extremely excited to have Merkle join our great roster of agencies. Their industry knowledge and passion for the brand proved they were the perfect partner. We can’t wait to collaborate and deliver industry-leading campaigns in the coming years.”
Meanwhile, Burger King has also renewed its partnership with Giants Gaming, a Spanish esports organization. Esports Insider reported that the first cooperation was signed in 2022, and at that time, the Whopper maker worked with the company for exclusive content, events, and jersey.
The renewal of the sponsorship contract also includes having a special stand at the upcoming renowned computer festival and trade show, DreamHack Valencia 2023. At this event, Giants Gaming and Burger King will jointly open an exclusive space for gamers around the world.
