Associa Community Management Corporation Promotes Dawn Wiener to Controller

Chantilly, VA, March 20, 2018 -- Associa Community Management Corporation (CMC) announced the promotion of Dawn Wiener to branch controller east for CMC and Select Community Services (SCS) to now include Legum & Norman (L&N) and their Eastern Shore Resorts division. In her new position, Ms. Wiener will oversee the corporate accounting departments of each branch.

Ms. Wiener joined Associa CMC in 2005 and has served as corporate accountant as well as corporate controller. Her focus has been on updating accounting procedures and improving the flow of information between corporate departments and clients. She has also served as a trainer and mentor to new branch controllers companywide.

“Dawn has been an integral part of implementing several of Associa’s programs including the launch of Associa Advantage, implementing the new accounting CSSC facility, and supporting the conversion to Community Archives and the Strongroom AP system,” stated John Tsitos, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, CMC branch president. “Her expertise and experience has led her to this new position as branch controller east for all of the Associa companies in the Washington Metropolitan and Maryland Eastern Shore regions and we look forward to implementing her talents towards the region’s continued success.”

Ms. Wiener graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University.
