Josh and Anna Duggar's lives have become more interesting since the former “19 Kids and Counting” child celebrity and his wife had their last child. Cafemom recently covered fan activity that was clamoring about a recent family photo posted on Anna Duggar's Instagram page.
The Duggar family photo features Josh and Anna Duggar's five children on top of Hay Bales. While Anna Duggar posting family photos on social media is not new, fans noticed something about the picture that looked particularly familiar.
Fans of the Duggar family noted that Anna Duggar was wearing a watermelon dress that she had worn in an older photo when the Duggar couple still had four children. Anna Duggar's watermelon dress in the recently posted photo was the same dress that the “19 Kids And Counting” celebrity-wife wore in an older family portrait which Duggar used to disguise her pregnancy.

Fans are now speculating if Duggar's reuse of the same outfit in the farmland adventure family photo means that Duggar is pregnant again. Fans are reasoning that Duggar is wearing the watermelon dress to hide the fact that she is pregnant with the Duggar's sixth child. On the other hand, some fans also accepted that Anna Duggar may have just kept the watermelon dress as it looked to be a comfortable outfit and may not mean that a sixth Duggar child was on the way.
Based on a recent breakdown by People, Josh and Anna Duggar have had a colorful marriage with their five children despite the rumors that Josh Duggar is still undergoing therapy for his sex addiction. Fans of Josh and Anna Duggar can hopefully get more solid confirmation if Anna Duggar's pregnancy is true in a few months. Baby bump dress or not, a growing or not-so-growing tummy will put down any doubts whether Anna Duggar is pregnant.
