AmeraMex Awarded $1.8 Million Maintenance Agreement

CHICO, Calif., Nov. 01, 2017 -- AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC:AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction, and tactical military vehicles, was awarded a maintenance agreement with the U.S. government.

The five-year maintenance agreement was awarded to AmeraMex by a division of the U.S. government located in California.  Under the terms of the agreement, AmeraMex will maintain and service a variety of equipment for a monthly maintenance fee of approximately $30,000. The value of this five-year maintenance agreement is $1.8 million. The agreement becomes effective November 1, 2017.
