“Game Of Thrones” Season 7 Spoilers: Nathalie Emmanuel May Have A Confirmed Daenerys-Jon Snow Theory; Says Missandei To Remain "In Love" With Grey Worm

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau plays Jaime Lannister on HBO's 'Game of Thrones'

Three months until HBO debuts the seventh season of its biggest television series to date, actress Nathalie Emmanuel dropped some major clues about some “Game of Thrones”’s theories.

Emmanuel, who plays Missandei in the fantasy drama, is said to have confirmed a theory involving her character’s boss, Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), and Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington). Express UK said the two are expected to meet in the seventh season, with the King of the North trying to convince the Mother of Dragons to partner up should they want to defeat the deadly White Walkers. Emmanuel reportedly confirmed the meeting in a magazine interview.

She told InStyle magazine, "I'm excited about this season because a lot of momentum we've been building with this winter that is coming, or has been coming for a long time, kicks into gear now. And there's a continuation of characters who haven't previously interacted coming together, which is always exciting to watch."

On the other hand, teaming up with Jon Snow appears to be just one part of Daenerys’ plan for domination. Robin Edds for Buzzfeed posits that in the latest “Game of Thrones” teaser, Jon Snow seems to be settling comfortably in the more modest throne in Winterfell and his role in the North, while Dany is inhabiting the throne of Dragonstone, which is believed to be “the seat of the next in line to the Iron Throne, or the “Prince of Dragonstone”.” Although the Season 6 finale showed Dany sailing off with her massive army of soldiers (and dragons), it is possible that she resided first at Dragonstone to recharge and prep for her campaign in King’s Landing.

As for Missandei as Dany’s aide, her role in her master’s campaign will not affect her relationship with Grey Worm (Jacob Anderson). She said to the same magazine, "They're such a great couple because there's a purity about their connection. In that world of people being butchered and battered and manipulated, there's this very pure, very sweet thing. It's special."
