Lilia Cortina is a University Diversity and Social Transformation Professor of Psychology, Women's & Gender Studies, and Management & Organizations at the University of Michigan. Her research centers around harassment and incivility on the job, with particular attention to mistreatment based on gender, race, and other social identities. Prof. Cortina is regularly called to serve as an expert witness, translating findings from social science to inform policy and legal decision-making.
