Republican nominee Donald Trump is now trailing Hillary Clinton by 1.8 points nationally according to RCP's average of polls, compared to 7.9 points in the second week of August.

As of latest, Trump is leading in 6 out of 14 battleground states, compared to just 1 in two weeks ago.
