My area of expertise is Afghanistan with a focus on warlordism, conflict and peacebuilding.
I take a comparative and trans-disciplinary approach to studying propaganda campaign across a number of violent extremist groups such as the Taliban, Daesh (ISIS/IS/ISIL), Al Qaeda and Tahrik-e Taliban-e Pakistan (TTP). I am also interested in comparative analysis of discourses by far-right groups and violent jihadi extremists and studying P/CVEs.
