Ben Walker is a Lecturer in the School of Management at Victoria University of Wellington. He completed his PhD at The University of New South Wales as an Australian Postgraduate Award scholar, and his research interests lie within the multidisciplinary field of organisational behaviour - the study of the "people side" of work and organisational life. As such, much of his research has been underpinned by a broad and enduring curiosity about how people psychologically experience and respond to their work, the people they work with, and the organisations they work within.
