‘The Promised Neverland’ Chapter 128 Release Date, Spoilers: Friendship Reaches Breaking Point? Is Emma Destructively Delusional?

The Promised Neverland.Miracle Step/YouTube

The most recent chapter of “The Promised Neverland” revealed quite the shocking detail about the history of the demon world and the role that Musica played in it. This caused a rift to form between Norman and Emma, with the former providing factual insights as to why the latter’s views are wrong. Even so, is “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 128 where the two will reach an impasse that will break their friendship?

As OtakuKart recently pointed out with regards to the previous chapter, Emma tried to convince Norman that there was no need to eradicate all demons since there was an alternative. Unfortunately for her, the blonde leader points out that even if demons no longer have to fear devolving, they will still want to hunt humans. This point will likely stand in “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 128.

The fact of the matter is that demons enjoy human meat more than any other. As such, Emma’s approach would be akin to asking every single demon to become their equivalent of a vegan. This will simply not work if the hatred for the lifestyle is anything to go by. Even so, Emma will still likely press her point in “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 128.

It’s worth noting, at this point, that Emma is arguing from nothing more than her emotions with her stance. While Norman presented clear, concise, and well-argued responses, all she could come up with is to bring up an almost utopian vision. If the girl continues going down this road and Ray follows her, it could lead to destruction for her and her entire family. One can only hope that she changes her mind in “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 128.

As for when fans can read the upcoming chapter, they can expect it to drop on March 22. They’ll definitely want to watch out for “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 128 and the implications of its contents.
