Since leaving the White House and the job as an adviser to the president in January, Ivanka Trump has been relatively keeping a low-profile compared to members of her family. In what would be her first public appearance since the inauguration of Joe Biden, Ms. Trump was seen delivering food boxes to families in need.

The former White House adviser was seen distributing food boxes to families that have been affected by the ongoing pandemic. Ms. Trump delivered around 1,300 food boxes with former White House spiritual adviser Paula White and Apopka Pastor. The former first daughter also distributed packages to the charity The Lifeboat Project, which focuses on fighting human trafficking. The Lifeboat Project also expressed thanks toward Ms. Trump in a post on Instagram.

“Today was a beautiful day to put politics aside at The Lifeboat Project and let faith and truth be our topic of connection,” said the charity. The charity also thanked government officials at all levels as well as community leaders and the agencies that partnered with the organization for ensuring the success of the event.

A person familiar with the matter revealed to CNN that Ms. Trump was also at a separate event for her “Farmers to Families” initiative. According to the US Department of Agriculture, contractors have already delivered 144,375,064 boxes of fresh produce under the initiative as of last week. This will amount to $1.5 billion worth of food being delivered to families that are in need by the end of April.

Over the weekend, the Daily Mail reports that Ms. Trump and her husband Jared Kushner were seen playing golf at the Trump Doral. The couple was with their two sons Theodore and Joseph. Former President Donald Trump was playing golf at his course at Palm Beach. This follows speculations of a rift occurring between Mr. Kusher and the former president over the baseless claims of electoral fraud.

Supposed tensions between the two developed shortly before leaving Washington DC in January. Sources close to both have revealed that Trump and his son-in-law appear to purposely avoid running into each other in Florida, where both now reside full time.
