‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7 Spoilers: Maisie Williams Unsure of Arya’s Fate; Jon Snow Pushes for Dangerous Mission North of the Wall?

‘Game of Thrones’ season 7 is set to feature the return of Maisie Williams as Arya Stark. Williams admitted that she remains unsure of Arya’s fate in the upcoming season. Meanwhile, Jon Snow is set to push for a dangerous mission North of the Wall to prove that White Walkers exist.

According to Gamespot, Williams admitted that she didn’t know what would become of her fan-favorite character Arya as the popular HBO television series pushes forward. She revealed that she is also speculating on the fate of the youngest Stark daughter since the series is well-known for killing off even its main characters.

The 19-year old actress revealed during an interview with BBC Radio 1, "I make educated guesses and we try and get answers and bits of information and knowledge from writers but they keep it very close to their chest… Cause I'm like one season ahead of everyone else. I get the scripts and it's all really exciting because it's all stuff no one's seen before.”

She added, “But then as soon as you read it, you're like, 'But I want the next season now, and the next one, and the next one.' People should be very, very excited."

When asked about any updates regarding Arya, she said that she had none. She admitted that none of the actors know what happens next in the series.

Arya was last seen in the 10th and final episode of season 6, titled “The Winds of Winter,” where she killed Walder Frey (David Bradley) by slitting his throat after serving him a pie that contains his sons Black Walder and Lothar Frey. Walder was responsible for the murder of her family during the infamous Red Wedding. It was speculated that Arya will reunite with her long-lost siblings Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Sansa (Sophie Turner) in season 7.

Meanwhile, Jon Snow is reportedly expected to go on a dangerous mission north of the wall to prove the existence of the villainous White Walkers in order to get help from leaders of the Seven Kingdoms.

According to International Business Times, a script leak posted on Reddit revealed that Jon will be accompanied by a small group consisting of Tormund Giantsbane (Kristofer Hivju), Beric Dondarrion, Sandor Clegane a.k.a. The Hound (Rory McCann), Thoros of Myr (Paul Kaye), Ser Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen), and King Robert Baratheon’s (Mark Addy) bastard son Gendry (Joe Dempsie).

The group will reportedly capture a wight and bring this to King’s Landing for Queen Cersei (Lena Headey) and the rest of her court to see, but not without consequences. This remains unconfirmed as of the present.

‘Game of Thrones’ season 7 is scheduled to return to HBO sometime in summer 2017.
