FxWirePro: NZD/USD edges lower from session highs at 0.6559, 'Bullish Divergence' keeps scope for gains

NZD/USD chart - Trading View

NZD/USD slips lower from session highs at 0.6559, trades at 0.6546 at 09:30 GMT.

The pair has paused upside shy of 21-EMA which is stiff resistance at 0.6575.

We evidence a 'Bullish divergence' on RSI and Stochs which keeps scope for upside.

Price action has broken above 1H 200-SMA and break above 21-EMA will see further gains

Stochs and RSI have rolled over from oversold levels, bias higher.

That said, 'Death Cross' (bearish 50-DMA crossover on 200-DMA) keeps upside limited.

Support levels - 0.6523 (5-DMA), 0.65, 0.6481 (May 23 low)

Resistance levels - 0.6575 (21-EMA), 0.66, 0.6656 (38.2% Fib)
