NEW YORK, Jan. 26, 2017 -- Evercel, Inc. (OTC:EVRC) today announced the results of its 2017 annual meeting of stockholders that took place on Thursday, January 26, 2017 in New York. At the annual meeting, stockholders voted to elect Richard Perkins as a Class I director to serve for a one year term or until his successor is elected and qualified, Richard Krantz as a Class II director to serve for a two year term or until his successor is elected and qualified and Daniel Allen and James Gerson as Class III directors each to serve for a three year term or until their successors are elected and qualified.
