‘Dragon Ball Super’ Chapter 48 Release Date, Predictions: Moro Not the Real Villain, Truth Revealed?

Dragon Ball. Zanar Aesthetics/YouTube

It has been quite a long wait, but it would appear that “Dragon Ball Super” Chapter 48 will be coming out soon. Along with it is rumored to be a huge bombshell of a revelation that includes the truth about Moro. Specifically, there are speculations that paint the supposed villain as just a pawn and that the actual bad guy is controlling him from behind the scene. This would certainly be a nice pace of change and add much-needed intelligence to the story.

Fans who have essentially become restless due to “Dragon Ball Super” Chapter 48 taking too long to release have been industriously digging up any scrap of information they can, Comic Book reports. So far, the only pieces they came away with are bits of dialogue that include the line “Huh?! Boo?!?!” This then leads to plenty of speculations with regards to what the endgame will actually be.

One route that “Dragon Ball Super” Chapter 48 could take is that Boo will trap Moro but end up being the one controlled instead. Another possibility is that the pink, blobby figure will fail to capture the villain because of someone else interfering. Finally, and this one is quite the doozy if it ends up coming true, is the potential for Boo to actually be the one behind the whole fiasco.

All three of those scenarios will put Goku and Co. in some hot water if any of them end up being true since the Z Fighters appear to be on the losing end. Boo is supposed to be the final hope that will make “Dragon Ball Super” Chapter 48 cathartic. This might not be the case, after all.

Readers will see this for themselves when “Dragon Ball Super” Chapter 48 comes out on May 19. If Boo does end up simply defeating Moro in the upcoming segment, it would be quite boring, indeed.
