Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus have reportedly called it quits. The breakup rumors came after the “Daredevil” actor was recently spotted on a date with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton.

Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus did not comment on the reports but E! News confirmed that the pair is not together anymore. The now ex-couple was last seen together when they went on a trip to Puerto Rico in July. They took the chance to relax and spend time together while the actor was on break from filming “The Last Thing He Wanted,” which he stars in alongside Anne Hathaway.

The breakup also became apparent when Lindsay Shookus and Ben Affleck did not even meet up for his 46th birthday on Aug. 15. Rather, the actor celebrated his special day with ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their three kids.

Now, EconoTimes reported that after Ben Affleck was seen with Shauna Sexton, Lindsay Shookus deleted her Instagram account. Perhaps, it was her way of confirming that she just broke up with her beau.

Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus dated for just a year and based on the reports, the two might have ended their relationship when the latter did not move to Los Angeles as she originally planned with her BF.

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are not yet officially divorced as their case has yet to be finalized. Then again, it was revealed that there is a chance that it will not be approved as both parties seem to be delaying the proceedings.

The Blast obtained a copy of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s divorce papers and it is stated that the court may dismiss the case if the final judgment is not filed soon. Likewise, the couple was reportedly advised to complete their papers for the divorce case to proceed. “If you fail to take the appropriate steps in your case, the court may dismiss your case for delay in prosecution,” part of the statement reads.
